Ordering
- An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation.
- We may cancel and fully refund an order if stock, pricing or address details are wrong.
- Drops are produced in limited runs. Sold-out pieces are not restocked in the same form.

Pricing and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable.
- International duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
- Payment is captured at checkout through our secure payment provider.

Products
- Garment photography is colour-accurate as far as screens allow; slight variation is normal.
- Small irregularities in hand-finished and garment-dyed pieces are a feature of the process.
- Care instructions are printed on the label and listed on each product page.

Returns
- Our returns process and eligibility are set out on the Shipping & Returns page and form part of these terms.
- Statutory rights in your country are not affected.

Intellectual property
- The LUCID RUSH name, marks, artwork, graphics and site content are owned by us.
- Personal use is fine. Commercial reproduction, resale of artwork or counterfeiting is not.

Liability and law
- We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this site.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in New Delhi having jurisdiction.
