Shipping policy
LAST UPDATED 08 / 2026How we move product from our space to yours. Clear timelines, honest limits — no filler.

Where we ship
- Orders ship within India only. We do not fulfil international destinations at this time.
- Parcels leave our Delhi facility and move through established domestic courier networks.

When we dispatch
- Most orders are packed and handed to the courier within two to three business days of payment confirmation.
- We do not hand over shipments on Sundays or public holidays. Those days are not counted in our dispatch window.
- Prepaid and cash-on-delivery orders follow the same packing queue unless a delay is flagged at checkout.

Transit time
- After handover, most addresses receive the parcel within three to seven business days, depending on city versus remote pin codes.
- The estimate starts when the courier scans the shipment — not when you place the order.

Faster delivery
- Priority / express movement can be arranged on select pin codes for an extra charge.
- If you need it, write to lucidrush@outlook.in right after checkout (or note it in your order message) and we will confirm feasibility and cost before moving the parcel.

Tracking
- Once the courier accepts the bag, we send a tracking reference by email and, where available, SMS.
- Use that ID on the courier’s site or app for live status. Reach out if nothing updates for more than two business days after the first scan.

Delays we cannot control
- Weather, strikes, peak festivals, courier capacity and hard-to-reach areas can stretch timelines.
- We are not liable for those external holds, but we will help chase the shipment and keep you informed.

Your address
- You are responsible for a complete, accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number.
- Failed attempts, RTO or loss caused by wrong or incomplete details sit with the customer — we cannot guarantee re-delivery at our cost in those cases.
